• Work email address and mobile number
• Your LinkedIn profile link
• Answers you provide in our forms, including whether your company is family-owned

Data you share during an assessment:

• Information about your organization's structure, governance, roles, leadership, and HR practices, provided during the Organizational Health Assessment or other services

Data collected automatically:

• Basic technical data when you visit our website (such as browser type, pages visited, and approximate location), collected through cookies and similar tools, including the LinkedIn Insight Tag

3. How we use your data

We use your data to:

• Respond to your request and contact you to arrange your assessment or consultation
• Deliver our services and prepare your assessment report
• Send you information about our services, insights, and events, only if you have agreed to receive it
• Improve our website, services, and advertising
• Meet our legal and regulatory obligations

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Confidentiality of assessment results

Assessment responses and results are confidential. They are shared only with you and the authorized representatives of your organization. We never publish them, and we never disclose them to any other party without your written approval. Any insights we use for research or reports are fully anonymized and cannot identify you or your organization.

5. Legal basis for processing

We process your data based on:

• Your consent, for example when you submit a form or agree to receive marketing messages
• Performance of a contract, when you use our services
• Our legitimate interests, such as responding to enquiries and improving our services
• Legal obligations that apply to us

You can withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before it.

• Rawaj consultants and team members involved in serving you

We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. Contact and enquiry data is kept for up to [24 months] from our last interaction, unless you become a client or ask us to delete it sooner.
